Riverstone Reserve Series 3410PMK

The Riverstone Reserve 3410PMK has one entry door, an 18 foot electric power awning, and three slideouts. The entry door leads to a living area on the left and a hallway on the right. The living area has a door side slideout directly to the left of the entry door. The slideout has a pull out dinette with two chairs and a sofa with theater style seating. The rear of the living area has a 90 inch sofa with overhead storage above it. The off door side of the living area has a slideout. The slideout has an entertainment center with an electric fireplace below, a kitchen counter with a stove, and a refrigerator. Overhead storage is above the counter and a microwave is above the stove. A kitchen island with a counter top and a sink is in the middle of the living area. The front of the living area has a pantry and a hutch. The steps to the right of the entry door lead to a hallway. The hallway has a door on the right leading to the bathroom and a sliding door straight ahead leading to the bedroom. The bathroom has a toilet, linen storage, shower, and a sink with a medicine cabinet above it. The bedroom has an off door side slideout with a 72 by 80 inch king bed. The front of the bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe. The door side of the bedroom has a bench and a 40 inch TV with a dresser below it.

The Riverstone Reserve 3410PMK features a front king bedroom with slideout for extra space, large wardrobe with washer/dryer prp, and 40" TV with dresser. The central bath gives you a residential shower with built-in seat, sink with double medicine cabinet, and linen closet. In the kitchen, there's a pantry with hutch for additional storage, plus central island and ample counter space. The rear living area includes a 90" sofa, theater seating, and entertainment center with fireplace.

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

Each Forest River RV is weighed at the manufacturing facility prior to shipping. A label identifying the unloaded vehicle weight of the actual unit and the cargo carrying capacity is applied to every Forest River RV prior to leaving our facilities.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
