Surveyor Legend 252RBLE - Forest River RV

The 252RBLE has one entry door, TV coax connection, outside kitchen, one slide room on the off-door side, front passthrough storage, and a 21' awning on the exterior. Inside, there is a bedroom in the front of the unit with a 60" x 80" queen bed with wardrobe cabinets on either side and overhead storage. There is a TV prep located on the wall across from the head of the bed. Stepping out of the bedroom, you have a 56" tri-fold sofa along the exterior bedroom wall. The sofa can be replaced with optional 56" theater seating. Next to the sofa is a slide room that holds a 75" x 42" booth dinette, panoramic window, and EZ-Access storage. There is a short wall next to the slide with a TV that faces the sofa. This short wall is part of a walk-in pantry that takes up the remaining off-door wall. The bathroom is located along the rear wall and contains a 24" x 38" shower, sink with medicine cabinet, towel hooks, linen closet, and commode. The kitchen is located on the door side, across from the slide room, and contains a sink, countertop, stovetop, oven, and refrigerator. Cabinets, a microwave oven, and range hood are mounted overhead. This floorplan also features a central vacuum system.

Sleeps up to 4-6. Need tow vehicle rated at 5800 lbs. or more. This self contained Destination camper is very intelligently laid out and spacious, featuring; a deep dinette slide-out, with jackknife sofa or optional Exclusive TSS tucked perfectly on the bedroom privacy wall. The washroom has tremendous storage as does the walk in pantry! And if outside is calling, the 252RBLE has our outside cookhouse kitchen, second to none!

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

Each Forest River RV is weighed at the manufacturing facility prior to shipping. A label identifying the unloaded vehicle weight of the actual unit and the cargo carrying capacity is applied to every Forest River RV prior to leaving our facilities.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
