The 276BHLE has two entry doors, an outside kitchen with refrigerator, TV coax connection, rear storage door, front passthrough storage, one slide room on the off-door side, and a 19' awning on the exterior. Inside, there is a front bedroom with 60" x 80" queen bed situated lengthwise with wardrobe cabinets on either side and additional cabinets mounted over the head of the bed. TV prep is located on the far wall. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the coach by a sliding barn door. Looking toward the rear of the unit, you have a pair of barstools and a tall counter right in front of the doorway. There is a wardrobe cabinet located to your right. Along the right-hand wall, there is a slide room containing a 56" tri-fold sofa (it can be replaced with a theater seat option) and 75" x 42" booth dinette with EZ-Access storage and panoramic windows. The rear right corner contains a bunk room with two oversized 53" x 74" bunks and a bit of storage space that is accessible from the exterior rear storage door. Along the left wall, there is a TV mounted next to the entry door that faces the sofa. The kitchen area is located next to and beneath the TV, with a single basin stainless steel sink, cooktop and oven, pantry, and refrigerator. The left rear corner is taken up by the bathroom, which contains a 24" x 38" shower, corner sink with medicine cabinet, and commode. There is a second entry/exit door located in the bathroom. This floorplan also features a central vacuum system.

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

Each Forest River RV is weighed at the manufacturing facility prior to shipping. A label identifying the unloaded vehicle weight of the actual unit and the cargo carrying capacity is applied to every Forest River RV prior to leaving our facilities.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
