Hotel Accommodations
Forest River will provide hotel accommodations (two nights, one room per dealer location). Your credit card information should be given to the hotel for incidental expenses, extended stays, additional rooms and will be used for no shows..
You will receive an email confirmation with your hotel arrangements at a later date. Once you receive your hotel details, you will have 5 business days to provide the hotel with your credit card information. Failure to supply credit card information to the hotel may result in your room being cancelled. After you have been assigned to a hotel and confirmed by giving them your credit card info, you are responsible for contacting them for any changes or cancellations from that point on.
You are responsible for your transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport again. We are providing continuous transportation from the hotel to the show if you booked your reservation with Forest River. A busing schedule will be available at your hotel front desk.
Indoor / Outdoor Event
Please be aware that this is an outdoor show and to dress appropriately. The temperature this time of year can range from 55°F to 75°F and rain is possible.
Deadline to Make Changes to Your Online RSVP
The pre-registration deadline for our upcoming event, which was set for September 8, 2023, has passed. However, we value your participation and are pleased to let you know that even if you were unable to register in advance, you are still very much welcome to attend the event, and you can complete your registration onsite.
