EXPO ENTERTAINMENT:

Ella Langley, known for her gritty, heartfelt lyrics and powerhouse vocals, has been making waves on the country music scene with hits like “Country Boy’s Dream Girl”, “That’s Why We Fight”, and “you look like you love me” featuring Riley Green. Ella brings an authentic, nostalgic sound to her music and has earned a loyal fan base through social media, making her one of country music’s most exciting new artists. After releasing her debut album hungover last month, she is set to take the Forest River Expo Stage on Tuesday, September 24th.

Nate Smith’s soulful lyrics and powerful vocals helped him earn three record breaking multi-week number one songs at country radio, “Whiskey On You,” “World On Fire” and most recently, “Bulletproof.” His new album California Gold will be released on October 4th. The AMC Award Winner has filled his days on tour alongside Thomas Rhett, Cole Swindell, and Morgan Wallen and is set to grace the Forest River Expo Stage on Wednesday, September 25th.

Hotel Accommodations

Forest River will provide hotel accommodations (two nights, one room per dealer location). Your credit card information should be given to the hotel for incidental expenses, extended stays, additional rooms and will be used for no shows..

You will receive an email confirmation with your hotel arrangements at a later date. Once you receive your hotel details, you will have 5 business days to provide the hotel with your credit card information. Failure to supply credit card information to the hotel may result in your room being cancelled. After you have been assigned to a hotel and confirmed by giving them your credit card info, you are responsible for contacting them for any changes or cancellations from that point on.

You are responsible for your transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport again. We are providing continuous transportation from the hotel to the show if you booked your reservation with Forest River. A busing schedule will be available at your hotel front desk.

Indoor / Outdoor Event

Please be aware that this is an outdoor show and to dress appropriately. The temperature this time of year can range from 55°F to 75°F and rain is possible.

Deadline to Make Changes to Your Online RSVP

Deadline to register has been extended to September 11, 2024. After September 11, you will not be able to change your RSVP information so that we can finalize your arrangements. If you need to make changes after September 11, please contact us with your request.

Please note, if you have been assigned to a hotel and confirmed by giving them your credit card info, you are responsible for contacting them for any changes or cancellations from that point on.
