Riverstone Reserve Series 3950FWK

The Riverstone Reserve 3950FWK has one entry door, an 18 foot electric power awning, and four slideouts. The Entry door leads to a living area on the left and steps on the right leading to a kitchen area. A door sideslideout is directly to the left of the entry door. The slideout has a desk with overhead storage above it. The rear door side corner of the living area has a hallway. The rear off door side corner has an entertainment center with a fireplace below it. The off door slideout has a sofa with overhead storage above. The sofa can be converted into a bed. The front of the living area has a sofa with theater style seating. Steps to the right of the entry door lead to a kitchen area. A dinette with two chairs is to the left of the steps. The off door side of the kitchen area has a countertop with overhead storage above. It alsohas a refrigerator and a stove. A microwave is above the stove. The front of the kitchen area has a countertop with shelves on the right and left and a sink in the middle. The door side slideout has a countertop and a pantry. Back in the living area, the hallway in the rear door side corner has a door leading to the bathroom and steps leading to the bedroom. The bathroom has a toilet, linen storage, shower, anda sink with a medicine cabinet above it. The door side of the bedroom has a 40 inch TV with a dresser below. The rear of the bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, the off door side of the bedroom has a slideout with a 72 by 80 inch king bed.

The 3950FWK features a huge front kitchen with a beautiful view from the front window. This kitchen not only has a tremendous amount of storage, but also provides a lot of working space to make meal prep a breeze! The kitchen is also open to the living area, making it very social—including a wonderful view of the TV. The living area also includes a desk that can be replaced with a second sofa bed for family camping.

GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating): – is the maximum permissible weight of the unit when fully loaded. It includes all weights, inclusive of all fluids, cargo, optional equipment and accessories. For safety and product performance do NOT exceed the GVWR.

GAWR (Gross Axle Weight Rating) – is the maximum permissible weight, including cargo, fluids, optional equipment and accessories that can be safely supported by a combination of all axles.

UVW (Unloaded Vehicle Weight)*- is the typical weight of the unit as manufactured at the factory. It includes all weight at the unit’s axle(s) and tongue or pin and LP Gas. The UVW does not include cargo, fresh potable water, additional optional equipment or dealer installed accessories.

CCC (Cargo Carrying Capacity)** - is the amount of weight available for fresh potable water, cargo, additional optional equipment and accessories. CCC is equal to GVWR minus UVW. Available CCC should accommodate fresh potable water (8.3 lbs per gallon). Before filling the fresh water tank, empty the black and gray tanks to provide for more cargo capacity.

Each Forest River RV is weighed at the manufacturing facility prior to shipping. A label identifying the unloaded vehicle weight of the actual unit and the cargo carrying capacity is applied to every Forest River RV prior to leaving our facilities.

The load capacity of your unit is designated by weight, not by volume, so you cannot necessarily use all available space when loading your unit.
